Slim, doesnt not add ANY bulk, lightweight and in mulitple colors
Cons:
no face protection
I bought this case in a light gold color and i absolutely love it! The phone slides right in. This is perfect for someone who wants to personalize AND protect their phone. Whenever i dropped my phone, all the damage was on the corners and this case covers just that! Its a hard case that gives the user freedom to use the phone normally AND looks pretty cool. Not to mention, the case adds NO bulk to the phone. Even with those silicone cases the phone seems a bit bigger but with the Barely There, you cant even tell. My friend thought the my 8520 came in different colors!

I had another case prior to this one, and it was so... "floppy" for lack of better words. This is a nice snug fitting case. I was hoping and couldnt tell from the description if it was going to be kinda silicone finish on the back to prevent it slipping if laid on a console or table. It isnt exactly silicone, but it will hold traction rather well.
The only issue I have with it is that it doesnt really protect the face very well... But I am new to Black Berry in general, so perhaps it is just still my fear of mashing all the buttons if they arent covered.

If youre going to drop the money on this case to protect your blackberry, then you should just go ahead and invest another $10-$12 bucks to fully protect it. I went through a ton of cases trying to find the right one, and when I ran across the case-mate Hybrid case for the 8520/8530 I knew it was going to be the one. Sure enough I got the case in 2-3 days after ordering and it has been great. Comes with a inner silicon lining topped with a hard outer shell. Fits great in your hand, easy to configure, and comes with a screen protector as well. It comes in green, sky blue, pink, and black.
