Swivel and Velcro wore out quickly
This case worked great for about a month, then the swivel wore out and now it sort of flops around like an old gunslinger holster, then the Velcro is wearing pretty fast. It still latches but for how long, Id say not too much longer.
Needs fine tuning.

Though I've rated the case as only fair, I do use it daily for the past year and a half. To have phone, PDA (organizer), credit cards, driver's license, etc. all in one place is wonderful but I have to echo the complaints above. The belt clip rotator wore out quickly so it doesn't remain horizontal; it just flops around. And the velcro on the flap that keeps the card slot organizer closed has worn out so it pops open often. The magnetic closure for the phone is great however, always keeping the phone secure. Mobo should use a magnetic closure on the card flap instead of velcro and fix the belt clip rotation problem and this product would get 5 stars easily. And I really want to buy another one if those improvements are made...so get going!

I have had the case for 6 months and the clip separated from the case. It has been adequate for my needs up to this point. I punched a hole for my hgeadset jack but it would be nice to be able to access the volume. To use imy phone as an MP3 player in the case I had to start the media player and then carefully insert the phone back in the case to ensure I did not change the volume or turn it off. Once the phone was in place I inserted the headset. It is a problem to answer the phone as well while playing music. I used the case to hold my SD card and wi fi card but the wi fi fell out on a trip. I had a total of 5-6 business cards along with the wifi & SD cards and it would be nice if the case could accomodate my headset adaptor.

Nice case...excellent quality. The idea of my phone combined with my wallet is a great idea. Only one thing to hunt for on my way out the door in the morning sounds too good to be true! Can we some how include my car keys in the mix?
The reason I bought a case was to protect my phone (mostly from damage due to dropping). Too bad, I have to remove the phone/PDA from the case in order to use it. (Removal from case = drop potential). A clear cover would have easily solved this problem see who is calling, answer (or not) and use PDA without removing from case

velcro a problem and flap needs work
this item is a good all-in-1 idea but needs more development time. i still use it every day but the flap is always loose and the amount of creditcards/ids it holds forces it open even more. would be nice if the bend/bottom of the flap had room or an expandable feature.
