"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

Defender Series Storm 2
User: Scott May, Nov 23, 2009
Pros:
Very Nice All
Cons:
None
The Look is very nice it is better looking than the one they had for the Storm 1.
Note you cannot use the Storm 2 Defender with the Storm 1 Defender.
They have made many good improvements with this module.
The holster style swivel belt clip for the phone is not as big but it holds the phone very well.
I like they offer keyboard application to cover the phone and not using the screen membrane but it did come with a Self-Adhering clear protective film which I like much better.
Best Case Yet for the Storm2
User: Jason Ervin, Dec 7, 2009
Pros:
Rugged, Comfortable, Sturdy, Great Fit on all Buttons.
Cons:
None yet... nor foreseeable
Great Case I love the fit and feel. The tolerances of the screen surround are just right, buttons on screen work smothly and un-phased with case and protective film instaled. The two part innercase does click together but not lock yet the silicon case does hold this firmly together very tightly. Once the rubber is worked into the nooks and crannies everything is solid as a rock. The one and only minute con I have incountered is pluging the micro USB in while in the holster is paired with the case, it will work but causes the plug to be jamed a lil ofset due to the clip. As I said this is only while charging, while leaving the BB in the holster... So not realy a problem. Other than that this is IMHO perfect. I already dropped it once cased up while playing with my son in a leaf pile and it hit a garden boulder. The phone and the case were still in perfect condition. I would recomend this to all that have the S2.
LONG LIVE THE OTTER!!
Heavy Duty
User: Chris Fuller, Jan 21, 2010
Pros:
Heavy duty, strong, durable
Cons:
non
I read all the reviews before I bought it and a couple of them were a little negative. If youre looking for a case that is strong and seems indestructible, this is it. It takes what seems like a delicate Storm 2 and turns it into a beefy, rough looking phone. Yes, it is a pain to remove the actual phone for a battery pull or to replace the memory card but thats what youre paying for. Its all in the name. Defender! and thats what it does. Defends your phone from the abuse that they take on a daily basis. I highly recommend this case if youre serious about cell phone protection.
I love it!

Pros:
Very solid and secure.
Cons:
None
I love this case. Initially I did have a problem with the Call and BlackBerry buttons not working well (or at all), but found that to be an issue with the OS and not the case. It deals with the Storm2 having a conductive screen. The last 3 leaks have resolved this issue though. Now the case is on and all worries are set aside. The case doesnt hinder you from using the touch screen in any way. People are always asking to see it and my phone is now referred to as the Bat-Phone, because if Batman had a need to carry around a Storm2, this is what it would be in and it would look right at home sitting on his utility belt, between the baterang and grappling hook.
Holster
User: Josh Wallace, Jan 27, 2010
Pros:
Best protection out.
Cons:
Holster Problems
I believe the quality was a bit better on the Storm 1 version. Plastic case closed more securely and rubber seemed better quality.
I use the holster for the storm 1 with this one. The new case seemed to work well until I bumped it and had it fall out. Luckily the case is sturdy and there was no damage to the phone. After a couple times I started using the holster from my storm 1. Much more secure and works well. The heavy duty holster for storm 1 works well also.
Overall: its the best around with great customer service so maybe theyll listen and change the new model holster.
