Works Great!

I use this adapter a lot, it works great, good sound quality, convenient that it came with a Treo adapter.
Ok, not stellar - but a cheap solution

It depends what your expectations are. In one car I have a Clarion head unit with a USB port on the front, and I take the chip out of my Treo 680 and pop it into Clarion using a small chip reader. The sound is great!
In my other car I have a factory Bose system that is too much of a pain to upgrade. It has a cassette player in the head unit and a changer in the trunk. I may upgrade to the same Clarion unit, but it is a pain in the butt. So I bought this Cassette Adapter while I think about it.
I use Pocket Tunes on a Treo 680. I connected the Cassette adapter and popped it in, and almost had a heart attack. The audio quality was terrible! All sorts of distortion. I had Pocket Tunes volume set to 80. I lowered it to 25 and used the volume on my stereo - distortion is virtually gone.
Yes, you can hear a click-click-click but I only notice it between songs. Theres too much other noise in a car anyway so it gets masked. It isnt that loud. It doesnt come through the speakers, it is purely mechanical.
Hey, for $12 it is ok. At least I get to listen to my collection with acceptable quality. I will still upgrade my stereo, but in the meantime this is ok. I needed a 2.5/3.5 adapter anyway, and this includes one, so it really cost an extra $6 - $7 for the cassette.
Where is this product

I have seen this product on the site for 2 weeks, maybe longer, and the launch date keeps changing. When I check on the launch date it says NOT IN STOCK. Are we to receive this product soon or not. I am sure this product works great but when is the question and the reason for the low rating, for my frustrations. TREONAUTS are waiting for this and looks like a great price and great deal.
Not worth it!

Pros:
None
Cons:
Poor quality sound and a steady clicking noise.
Unfortunately, this item doesnt work very well. While you can hear your music through your car stereo, the quality is very low and the cassette makes a steady clicking sound that is very distracting.
