Nice fitting case, but can slightly be offset and maybe difficult to access soft keys

Pros:
The case fits well and small enough. Easy access to all the ports and buttons
Cons:
The leather between the screen and keyboard may interfere with the soft keys.
I love the case. The case may tend to move a little bit, that the piece between the screen and the keyboards can shift a little bit, which may cause a little difficulty in pushing the softkeys. Also the leather around the screen makes it slightly difficult to use one of those multi pens (pen, stylus, pensil in one) becuase it has a bigger tip. But if you use the regular Palm stylis, you should have no problems. I still think it's a great case.

clip is utterly worthless
While the case is very nice, the clip is utterly worthless. It does not lock onto the case securely. A slight upward pressure at a slight angle and the case pops loose without depressing the top release mechanism. I consider this defective merchandise. What is worse that, when I called the company to explain my problem and ask for a refund they sent me a new clip that is also defective! and now I must pay a restocking fee to return my defective merchandize. the face that I should pay any money to return defective merchandise is unacceptable to me!!!
