"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

Precisely what I was looking for
User: Mark Smiley, Sep 30, 2009
Pros:
Phone can be stored either face in or face out comfortably. Holster is thinner and less bulky than other models. Securely holds phone. Doesnt apear to squeeze or put undue stress on the pre or slider.
Cons:
Phone cant slide open while in holster.
I have been waiting for this simple holster ever since I got my Pre. I had one by the same people for my Instinct and for this reason, it feels familiar to me. The Seido holster that I bought originally was so very bulky feeling and would put stress on my slider and once I put my touchstone back plate on, the Seido didnt let my pre be holstered face out like I sometimes want.
This simple holster lets the phone face in (when I have it hooked to my belt), or face out (when I have it clipped to my car dash doesnt come with a mount for this, my car just has a spot for this for navigation and everything else)...both directions it holds the phone fine and doesnt put any pressure on separate halves of the slider. It doesnt have the fuzz on the inside to protect the face but its clean plastic inside does not appear to be at risk of scratching my screen.
Since it doesnt use a spring clip to hold the phone in, it is simpler and in my opinion easier to get the phone in and out of, while feeling very secure when it is mounted. There are holes through it for the speaker, camera, and flash if you have it mounted face out. I am able to access the volume and power buttons, headphone jack, and usb connection both when its face in and face out in this holster. Also, when its face in, you can, should you want to, mount the Pre to your touchstone without removing it from the holster (maybe to block out the screen light at night?). The clip covers the ringer switch when holstered face in.
Overall, it takes up less real-estate, it is lighter than others, and functions just the way I wanted. The only draw backs are, you cant open the slider when it is mounted (common to most holsters), and the clip that hooks to your belt is as usual, bulky by my standards and can rub into your side (but much less than my first Pre holster).
So, if youre looking for a simple holster that can hold the Pre both face in or face out (with touchstone back plate), this is an excellent choice.
Works, but not as secure as I would like
User: Scott Gartner, Nov 29, 2009
Pros:
Easy entry and exit, face in or face out, light
Cons:
Phone pops out occassionally, not compatible with Touchstone for face out
This requires the use of a snap-on hard case that it then clicks onto. Unfortunately when I purchased the Touchstone back, I could no longer use the back piece of the hard case and so the phone is a little loose in the bracket. I dont think this made it any less secure, however it means I can not put it in face out. The phone is secure most of the time, but often comes out when I am sitting in the car and occasionally when I am carrying something that apparently tweaks the release handle.
Im mostly happy with it as it is better than the leather cases that make it almost impossible to quickly get to your phone.
Breaks too easily

Pros:
Works as advertised-I loved it!
Cons:
Plastic is so cheap I broke 2 in 1 week.
I ordered it and it worked great! then when i was getting into my car it broke right where the swivel connects to the clip. Phone went flying to the ground. I returned it and got a replacement that lasted for 2 days before the same thing happened again. It is just made too cheaply at the place where the clip meets the body. Too bad because I loved it up until then.
Broke way to easily!!

Pros:
looks great
Cons:
made cheaply
looks great but it breaks way to fast!! The clip snap right off putting the phone back into the holster. Let see how quick they are to fix this problem.
