Great Case!
User: Aaron Stone, Oct 10, 2006
Pros: Great Quality, Good construction, Durable Clip
Cons: Although Clip is nice and tight, would like it to have a upwards Lip at the base to guarentee stability
I own about a dozen cases, pouches, ansd holsters, This is by far one of my if not my all time favorite. If you like the Side loading pouches, this one is great! Hugs close to the hip, very secure tight clip. I am in the military and it goes through some rough times but keeps my Treo safe and secure. pretty shart looking to. I though the stitching from the picture was going to be white but was happy it was black. I rate it 5 of 5. A great price for a great case!
Incredibly Soft Leather!!!
User: Dennis Hill, Oct 21, 2006
Pros: Soft leather, solid feel, solid, strong clip
Cons: None
I bought this thinking it would be an el cheapo becuase of the price. When it came in I was amazed at how soft the leather was and how strong and snug the Treo fit inside. I would highly recommend this one. My wife is constantly trying to steal it from me. I just wish it came in different colors...need brown to match my brown belt and shoes...:)
Super product!
User: Dan Sayer, Nov 3, 2006
Pros: Tight to body fit.
Cons: Do they come in brown? $5 shipping?
Sits close to body so as to not smash into other pedestrians and doesn't creat a "bulge" under your coat. I like that it sits horizontally so that it doesn't interfere with my "spare tire" while sitting. The clip I had before would sometime give under the pressure and send the phone flying!
I bought this last week, they changed the model!
User: Walter Sandi, Jun 8, 2007
OMG, they added extra loops for the case not to fall off your belt. NOW this is the best case ever!
I can't believe they actually added those things.
Overall, it feels really resistant, and my 680 sits very well on the case.
Totally recommended.
(As of June/08/2007)
Great case
User: Scott Howard, Nov 10, 2006
Pros: Quality make and feel, very functional
Cons: No swivel clip (minor)
This case has a nice feel to it, it positions the Treo so that the headset jack fits while in the case. It clips easily to your belt. Those preferring a removable swivel clip might not like this fixed clip, but without the swivel clip, it holds the Treo closer to your body.
Just plain incredible
User: Craig Hamm, Nov 13, 2006
Pros: Very well made, I like the vertical design.
Cons: Has a tendancy to hang up on people when using headset.
This case is really incredible. Rarely do I find a product as well designed and well manufactured as this one. It does have a tendancy to hang up on people if I'm on a headset, but I actually think that's more of a phone design problem. (Couldn't Palm design those buttons, especially the "end call" one, not to stick out so much?) My solution is to not put it in the holster when I'm on the phone with my boss. ;) I don't see how the designers of this case could have accounted for such a problem, though, so I can't find any fault with this case. I bought one of the $20 ones from Verizon with my phone, and this one is superior in every way. And inexpesive to boot!
8 Months and Truckin
User: Tom Allen, Aug 6, 2007
Pros: Still the Best
Cons: Leather chips off
I wrote an above review in December of 2006. I still have the same case, and I still love it after 8 months. The only Con is that the leather has begun to wear down/chip off on the corners. The clip is still very snug when worn with a belt. All the stitching is still intact. If the case ever did break (I dont see it happening) or if I lost it, I would buy another one immediately.
Great Case
User: Tom Allen, Dec 13, 2006
I love this case. I've owned many belt clip cases and had become turned off to them. Most cases eventually broke. The plastic or the springs would break. Cases with separate belt clips would become unattached and fall to the ground. Why buy a case only to have it not work correctly or break? I can’t see how I could break this case. The most important part to me is the belt clip. It is metal, covered in leather, attached to the case by stitching, and seems to be very strong. When attached to a leather belt, it is firmly secured, and does not slide or rotate. However, I am able to remove the case from my belt without a problem. The two magnets securely keep the case closed. The Treo is easy to remove and insert with the screen facing either direction, and allows you to use the phone in its ‘naked’ state. You can leave the Treo in the case and answer calls using a Bluetooth headset easily. The stitching is black (although in many pictures it appears to be white or grey). When the Treo is removed, you can comfortably wear the empty case. It has some give to it and can bend against your body, unlike plastic. It’s the best case I’ve ever owned.
I would buy it again
User: Michael Gosselin, Jun 28, 2007
Pros: Sturdy, snug fit, good quality, looks good, low price
Cons: Minor
I have been using this case for about two months. I am very pleased with it and would recomend it to other Treo 650 owners. It looks good and shows no sign of wear at all. I had a top pouch case before and this one is much better. Like most side pouches it allows using the headset while the phone is in the case (but the phone does get very warm if you talk for more than 30 minutes). Unlike some other cases it is just plain black, not advertising a brand name or clashing with what you are wearing. The fixed clip holds very tightly and is much thinner than other cases. It does fit very tight; keeping the the phone secure, but also making getting it in and out a little difficult until you get used to it (the hole at the bottom is perfect for pushing the phone out of the case). I found the price very competitive.
Great Case BUT...
User: Jeff LeGrow, Nov 13, 2007
Pros: Treo750 fits snug, Clip fits tight to belt/pants, magnetic flap is great.
Cons: Its not real leather as advertised
Have had for 6 months and its starting to show its age. Beginning to wear on the clip and corners and is revealing the fact that its not leather... Id buy another one for $19.00, but would spend $40 for a true leather version!
Good case but ....
User: Jerry Lane, Jun 3, 2007
Pros: Nice fit, great mag. closure
Cons: Leather pulled away in back at clip
I tried using leather instant glue to repair it which worked for a while. I still love the case princibably because of how it closes so much so that I bought a new one.
"Luxury" Leather Case
User: Ronnie Husbands, Dec 5, 2006
Pros: Supple leather with high quality look and feel. Secure latching mechanism
Cons: Designed for the Treo650, the Motorola Q is incredibly tiny inside the oversized holster.
I was very impressed with this case. The leather quality is excellent. The stiching is done very well with no glue marks evident on the case. The magnetic flap is perfect and holds the Q at bay even during the most active times.

The down side... the case is actually designed for the Treo 650 and placing a Q inside clearly shows the difference in size. This case could easily house two Q's with the standard battery... and maybe even two Q's with the extended battery! ...yeah, it's that big.

Even with that being said, access to the Q's USB port and the headphone jack were both unobstructed and could be accessed easily as long as the Q was placed in the holster with the "thumb wheel" at the top... Orientation did not matter (face in or face out) as long as the thumb wheel was faceing up.

I have also had an opportunity to use the leather Motorola holster, and comparatively I would recommend this holster over the Motorola. I appreciate the extra room, accidental button pushes were far less likely. The leather quality and design also seem to suit the MotoQ better.

My wish list... "Can we get it in another color?" Brown or burgundy would be great.

Regards,

-Ronnie
Very nice product
User: Mark Staudt, Jan 2, 2007
Pros: Sturdy - Solid magnetic closure - Tight fit
Cons: No access to power port while in the case
This is a very solid choice for the price! It is sturdy, well constructed and the magnetic closure is solid. The only downside so far (I just took delivery today) is the fact that the power port cannot be accessed while it is in the case.
Love this case
User: B C, May 14, 2007
This is one of the few cases available when the Motorola Q first came out last year. Despite the negative reviews, I however have found the case perfect for me. It's got a nice magnetic flap which is better than the button IMO, and it's got a nice snug fit and just enough room to carry an extra standard size battery. The Horizontal style fits better for me as my hips tends to get jabbed by the vertical styled ones when I'm sitting or moving around. And the price is cheaper than those other leather cases.
extending P6 puch lifespan
User: P Maxwell, Nov 30, 2007
Pros: clip works well, stays in place
Cons: can manage to press buttons and run down battery when worn
I like this pouch. I worked through a few others before finding the P6. I actually bought another one in advance of needing to replace it, as there was a sale and I was buying some other Treonaut stuff...

anyway, after a while, though still quite functional, the pouch starts to show some wear... frayed/worn edges, loss of color at edges, etc. I decided to try to treat the leather with a bit of liq leather dye ( a good military guys shoe shine kit component...). brightened right up, covered the scrapes and scuff marks, looks much nicer and getting extra two months so far.

thought I would share the tip... the leather dye is like $3 bottle, better than the alternate of $20/ pouch.

Looks great, but falling apart already??
User: Lance Brown, Jul 13, 2007
Ive had this case for just a couple weeks, it looks great and very securely holds my phone on my belt, but the clip is working itself loose already. I think it may be due to the tightness of the clip. It takes quite a bit of force to slide the clip over my belt or remove it and I find myself wiggling it to get it on/off. This just puts even more stress/strain on the phone.

Clip falls off any time soon and Im going to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
Fine at start; clip wears out in the end
User: Allan Leonard, Nov 10, 2006
I was happy to have purchased this, as it is a discrete side pouch. It served its purpose of convenience and security. However, after a year, the leather round the edges of the belt clip wore through. The exposed metal dug into my hip. It didn't take too many days of that to ditch this pouch. I'm now going for the E&B Copilot Case, which is belt loop only.
clip fell off
User: Darryl Klein, Jul 3, 2007
Nicce fit and feel, but clip fell off 2 weeks after received. In process of seeing if I can get replacement to try again
Great product, though wears out fairly quickly
User: James Reed, Nov 15, 2006
Pros: Nice feel, snug fit on belt, holds Treo very well
Cons: Tough to get clip over larger belt, soft leather wears more quickly
I really like this case and have used it for the past year. It holds the Treo very well and is easily accessible from the case.

The downside for me is that the soft leather has already worn thru on the edges and the clip is very loose.

Great product for the money, though it doesn't hold up as well as others in the long term
Works, but not durable
User: Stephen Beitzel, Oct 22, 2007
Pros: inexpensive, works
Cons: not durable
I bought one of these last year when I got my Q. It served me well for many months and I didnt regret buying it. However, after about 10 months of daily use, the leather holding the belt clip tightly to the body of the case started to stretch out. Instead of sitting flush against my belt, the case dangles outward. It catches on things as I am now an inch wider than I used to be. I expect the case, a lower-tech and fundamentally simpler item, to outlive my phone. I patched it with some Barge cement, but that isnt an ideal solution.
Not the best :(
User: Nathan z3power, Mar 11, 2007
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Cheap and does not last too long.
Before getting my Treo, I had Motorola's MPx-200, and the side mount case that I bought from a vendor in a mall, held up better than this and it was the same price, I had that one for almost 3-years. This one, less than 1-year old and it has started showing signs of stress and tearing, far sooner than my old one.
I have since ditched this one to the garbage can and bought one of those holsters from Speck Toughskin.

So if you want a cheap side case, this will do. but if you expect it to last more than a year, get something else.
Nice case but not for the 6700
User: XV6700 Owner, Apr 13, 2007
Pros: Sturdy, simple, well assembled
Cons: Magnet causes sporadic screen issues
I really like this case but do not recommend it for owners of the 6700 PPC/Phone (Verizon/Sprint). The magnet is so powerful that it trips the screen rotation sensor attached to the sliding keyboard and causes the device to power on and off and the screen to rotate sporadically when it is in or near the case. I do like it otherwise, though.
Nice design however clip fell off
User: Tim Pasch, Aug 26, 2007
Pros: nice design, low-profile, good magnets.
Cons: Clip fell off. Had to crazy-glue it back on.
The cases design is excellent. I could not believe it when the clip fell off the case, leaving me with a clip on my belt and a phone on the floor. This could easily have resulted in one of those sinking moments when you realize that your phone is gone at the end of the day, never to be seen again. Luckily this happened as I was getting ready for work in the morning.
I bought 2 tubes of superglue and glued that clip on with a vengeance, now it will never fall off again. Still, the manufacturer needs to implement a major reinforcement of the clip mechanism with cordura or kevlar thread so that it becomes physically impossible that it falls off again. Additionally, although one user mentioned that there has been a series of loops implemented to ensure that the phone will not fall off even if the clip breaks, I have no such redundancy on my clip. I want to be sure that if the clip slips off in the future, that I will still have my phone! overall 3 stars for good design with very flawed manufacturing.
Strong clip, weak leather
User: Steven Weiner, Apr 15, 2008
Pros: Looks good, belt clip ils very strong
Cons: Belt clip is attached to weak leather backing
I bought this case after reading very positive reviews of it in the Treonauts newsletter. Those reviews focused on such benefits as a very strong belt clip thats large enough to really grip tightly on the belt.

True, as far as it goes. Unfortunately, that wonderful steel clip is glued onto a leather backing for the case - you cant see it in the photo - and that leather backing is thin. It turns out that the leather tears rather easily under stress. So the clip, although strong, has a weak anchor. One day emerging from my car the Treo snagged, as they easily can, on the emergency brake handle, and next thing you know, it ripped right off, just as though the clip was attached to a sheet of paper.

Otherwise, nice pouch.
Good performance in a short lifetime
User: Martin Higginbotham, Jun 15, 2008
Pros: Easily accessible side flap & secure closing mechanism.
Cons: Didnt wear as well as expected.
As a long time PDA user and first time SmartPhone (700p) user, I wasnt sure if a sideways case was the right choice. Thankfully it was, and this case in particular seemed to work well. Accessibility to the headphone jack, and the phone itself were ideal. The phone remained secure in the case, and the case stayed firmly on my belt for as long as I needed them to.

Unfortunately, after 10 months of daily (but light duty) usage, the clip is rapidly tearing the material holding it onto the case. Obviously, the case will not serve its intended purpose for much longer and will need to be replaced. For reference, I got a used ("freebie") cell phone & case in 2000 which lasted until 2007.

Ill be getting another "Side Case" to replace this one, but Ill also be reading reviews about materials & durability, because I dont consider cases to be disposable.
Great form and function, BUT...
User: Kyle Miller, Sep 24, 2008
Pros: Design, Function
Cons: Cheap "Leather"
It does the job, but it wont last long. The leather starts to separate from the belt clip. Makes wish I had bought a real leather case when I was down in Mexico. Same design and only $10. Grrr...
Nice case, covering doesnt last
User: Ron Cox, Feb 22, 2009
Pros: Closure, shape, security
Cons: Covering material wears, clip ends up exposed metal
Like a couple of others have said, I liked this case, and have now had several of them. Problem is that the covering of the belt clip is definitely not leather (none of it is) and it wears out quickly if you take it on and off daily, as I do.

The case is fine, but could use a little reinforcement in the back, as after a while, it starts to pull away from the clip. Ive only had one clip come off of the several Ive owned but I could see that coming in plenty of time to repair it. Corners wear out, too.

I have bought it several times, because I like the way it works, when new.

Id pay more for a better built one with exactly the same shape and closure. But I cant find one.
P6 clip doesnt hold up
User: Joseph Friedman, Jul 13, 2007
Pros: Looks good, easy to use
Cons: Belt clip tears off
The P6 is easy to use, very convenient, and looks great. The problem is the belt clip ripped off way too easily, rendering it useless. I subsequently found a much cheaper (and better built) version of the P6 at a kiosk in a mall.
Belt Clip broke after 2 months
User: Tim Frost, Sep 25, 2007
Pros: Great case. Protects phone well
Cons: Belt loop is glued and not stiched in
I loved this case until the belt loop popped off and my new treo went flying. I have only had it for 2 months and would often remove it from my belt when seated so I would say lousy workmanship in the one I received.
I only bought it because of the high ratings on treonaut. Wish I would have known!!
Leather not very durable
User: Ira Wallace, Nov 4, 2007
Pros: Great flap -secure closure
Cons: Leather is easily damaged
I work in an office and from my car. I am not unusually hard on a case but the leather of this case is not lasting well.
Belt clip
User: Tom Suttles, Apr 21, 2007
I've owned my case for about a year. The belt clip just separated from the case so I'm in the market for another style.
Cheap material...
User: Scott Nelson, Sep 4, 2007
Yes, its inexpensive, but this holster is kind of tawdry. Ive had it for perhaps a month and already the cheap fake leather has worn through at the corners, exposing a white woven fabric underneath.
On the other hand, it works and allows good access to my 650s buttons, ports, etc. I liked my Crumpler better until the velcro wore out.
Great case except for belt clip
User: Ken W, Dec 2, 2006
Pros: secure, convenient, non-intrusive
Cons: weak belt clip attachment to case
I really like this case. Sits on my belt and I hardly notice that it is there. I like the wide magnetic flap -- very convenient. However, I have had the case for only a few months and the leather is starting to tear where the belt clips meets the case. Very disappointing. Oh, well.

I am going to buy another brand to replace this one in hopes that it will last longer.
Not real leather
User: Darin Fields, Dec 12, 2006
Pros: Great design
Cons: Inferior materials
Case is great out of the bag, bug not entirely made of leather.....Only belt clip is leather and the vinyl starts to peel away after you begin to use it... Nice design, but needs better materials
Damaged in Fall
User: Mike K, Dec 17, 2006
Pros: Cheap, Pouch form is comfortable
Cons: Bad screen protection, Hard to extract 680
I promptly bought this case for my new 680. Yesterday, I went running after my daughter and slipped and fell. Though my body took most of the impact, the case which was on my right side took a light ancillary scrape. The 680 aesthetically was barely scratched, but the screen cracked...right were the case magnet pushed into it. If there had been a decent protective shield or at least a flat piece instead of the bumpy magnets, my Treo would have been unharmed. Instead it's $200 down the tube for screen repair. If you use this case, keep the screen toward your body, not the flap (even though that feels more natural). Also, it's a pain to extract a 680 from this case one-handed. Without the antenna to grab, it requires opening the flap, pushing up from underneath, and reorienting the phone with your thumb to pull it out without dropping it. I'm probably switching to a nutshell for my replacement.
Belt clip no good
User: Joel Katz, Jan 6, 2007
Pros: Everything but the belt clip
Cons: Belt clip totally inadequate
I do not wear a particularly wide belt, but the clip loses its grip and dislodges easily, especially if one is fumbling under winter coats. I lost my Treo in this case outside the Pantheon in Rome and it was only by the wildest good fortune that it was picked up by a priest. Can I return it?
Not leather
User: Ralph Dowell, Mar 8, 2007
Pros: Hold Treo tightly and securely
Cons: Not leather
It was advertised as having a "leather belt clip". There is no leather on this item.
It is a nice case, but forget about using vibrate...
User: John Greenwood, May 29, 2007
I purchased this case, and it is indeed of high quality and should last many, many years. However, perhaps it is a bit too "tough." I can't feel the phone vibrate anymore, and have missed an uncountable number of calls as a result. I used a helix holster prior to this case, and appreciated the "tactile" feel. Unfortunately, my 680 does not allow for a "stronger" vibrate. This isn't an ideal case for someone that relies on the virbrate feature.
Good case, cheap materials
User: Mark E, Jul 24, 2007
Pros: Magnetic Clip and style are great!
Cons: Clip is coming off after two weeks!
This is the second P6 I have bought. I love the magnetic clasp, the feeling and style of the case overall. However, the clip on this one is already starting to come off after two weeks! Since the clip is a stress point, you would think they would have reinforced it better. I think after trying to glue this, I might have to go with another item.
You get what you pay for
User: Rodney Krienke, Dec 20, 2007
Pros: Looks nice, works good for a while
Cons: Belt clip scratches my belts
I bought this case because of the rave reviews and the cheap price. However, after several weeks of using this case the phony leather has worn off of the belt clip and now the clip is ruining my belts. The case did look nice for a while, but the phony leather is worn and really obvious now, so I will now have to spend a little more money for a (hopefully) better, genuine leather case.
Like others have said - wears out quickly.
User: k1dude S, Mar 16, 2008
Pros: Functions well.
Cons: Not built to last.
I bought this case for myself, but my wife liked it so much she swiped it for her Treo. It functions well. The magnet engages nicely and the clip holds firmly. Its a little bulky, but thats to be expected.

After a short time, I noticed the leather (pleather?) started to wear through and show the foam padding. I watched my wife unholster her phone and noticed the wear-hole was right were her index finger was used to lift the flap to access her phone. I took a closer look and noticed the leather was REALLY thin. It was no surprise it wore out so quickly. They really need to use thicker material.

I cant give it more than 2 stars because of its poor durability.
Defective Belt Clips
User: Steve Peters, Mar 17, 2008
Pros: -
Cons: Clip comes off case
I have used this case for years - they usually last about 12 months before the "leather" wears out. When I ordered a new case in January after about 2 weeks the metal clip came out and the rest of the case fell off my belt. Luckily I noticed and did not lose my phone. I was shipped a replacement about 5 weeks ago which just failed again the same way. I looked at my old case which had more or less lasted a year and I noticed that the way the clip was glued/attached to the case was much better than my current case. There is NO glue residue on the clip or the case!
No Sleep Mode
User: Albert Rees, May 24, 2008
Pros: Better construction of belt clip than BlackBerry styles, accessibility of phone
Cons: NO SLEEP MODE!
Having gone through 2 of the standard issued, though hard to replace, BlackBerry, leather cases, I had two primary buyer values: a clip-on that lasted more than a few weeks and a case that supported the various BlackBerry in-holster modes. I assumed the the "Sleep Mode" advertised with this case allowed for that however it does not.

There are other, nicer cases I would have selected had I known this case too does not support what BlackBerry refers to as a "built-in proximity sensor". This feature seems to come in very few cases.
Clip separated from pouch
User: H A, Jun 26, 2008
Pros: Stays on belt well
Cons: Poor quality material
I really liked this pouch. Worked well for me and stayed on my belt, even when bumped (a problem I have had with other pouches.)

However, after only 7 months, the clip has separated from the pouch.

Ill get another side pouch, but it wont be this one.
Getting Ugly
User: Phil Hellmann, Apr 8, 2009
Pros: Served me well for a few month
Cons: Will not last
This product is not durable at all. I have had it for 6 mos. and it is looks so bad I am looking for a replacement since I cant wear it when meeting with clients due to it ratty appearance.
Great case until it falls apart
User: Hazen Woods, Jul 29, 2007
Pros: Probably the best case I have ever used
Cons: The clasp fell off within 3 months
I think my Pros and Cons say it all. All was near perfect until one morning when I clipped the case to my belt. As I turned around I thought I heard a faint "thud". Looked down and the case and phone were at my feet and the clip was still on the belt. The clip was ripped out of the case - appeared to have ripped out the stitches that held it in place.

Quite frankly Im not sure whether I will buy another or not.
Does not Fit the Centro
User: Jeff Hathaway, Oct 24, 2007
Pros: Looks like a nice case
Cons: Not designed for the Centro
I purchased this case based on the description that it would fit my new Centro, it does not. The Case doesn't even come close to "perfectly fit(ing) the contour of Palm Centro" as advertised. Not to mention the headphone jack is not accessible, you can't even see the jack when the Centro is in the case.
I was very disappointed that the P6 Pouch Case does not live up to the description provided.
Great if you dont want to know youre receiving a call...
User: D Masters, Aug 1, 2007
Pros: Price, protects phone well
Cons: Can be cumbersome, no opening for the speaker, cant hear phone, cant feel phone vibrate
While this case does protect the phone well and the clip seems to usually be secure enough, the case has no cut-outs for the speaker area. My ringer is on high volume yet I never hear the phone ringing, unless Im sitting in silence reading with the phone in my lap or right next to me on the table. Also, the vibration of the phone isnt felt, probably because the case is nicely padded to protect the phone.
If one uses a headset that alerts to incoming calls 100 of the time then this might be terrific but I dont always use my headset.
Mislead
User: Tullio Vigano, Dec 24, 2006
Pros: -
Cons: Case sent not for Motorola Q but for Treo 650
Received a phone carrying case.
NOTE THAT THE CASE YOU SENT ME IS NOT A CASE MADE FOR A MOTOROLA Q,
BUT RATHER FOR A TREO 650.
YOUR ADVERTIMENT STATES;
"The case is designed to perfectly fit the contour of Motorola Q, and features horizontal loading for easy access with dual magnetic closure to keep your Motorola Q secure. You can load the Motorola Q either way (screen facing in our out), and the headphone jack is easily accessibly."
THE HEADPHONE JACK IS NOT "EASILY ACCESSIBLY"
PLEASE ARRANGE TO SEND ME A CASE FOR THE MOTOROLA Q AND I WILL THEN RETURN
THIS TREO 650 CASE OR CREDIT MY ACCOUBT AND I WILL SHIP THE TREO CASE BACK.
THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE FOR FOR PROMPT REPLY.
TULLIO VIGANO
Horrible product for Motorola Q!!!
User: Josh Sabo, Jan 26, 2007
This product does not "fit the contours" of the Motorola Q. It is a bulky general case for phones/pdas. If you want a product that has a slim fit for the Motorola Q this is not it at all. I bought one and realized I was mislead and the company refused to refund shipping costs, so you end up being out around $10. Save your $10 and look elsewhere. I personally will never purchase another product from this website.
Flimsy at Best
User: Harry Awdey, Feb 15, 2007
After about 2 months of light use the magnets inside the case came loose and fell out never to be found again. Spend a few more $$ if you want something that lasts.
Not Secure

Pros: low profile.
Cons: Clip/case came apart
I absolutely loved this case for the 3 weeks I had it ...until the case fell off the clip (whilst on my belt) and fell to the floor.
Weak Clip
User: Paul Gibson, Jul 11, 2008
Pros: Like the large capacity for the larger battery for the Treo 680
Cons: Flimsy belt clip
Ive only had the pouch for 2 months and the clip has broken. It wasnt able to hold up to working in the medical field, catching on tables, narrow exam rooms, was constantly popping off to the point that I was afraid I was going to NOT notice one time and lose my Treo. With the many times it caught on things, the weak clip wouldnt stay on my belt. When I tried to tighten and close, the clip broke. Now I have to buy another pouch. Although I really liked the larger pouch for my larger battery, I feel this pouch has a very weak clip that bend easily, and falls off in a busy work schedule, with the potential loss of the Treo. Go with the more expensive brand. I know I will.
Doesnt Hold Up

Pros: Good Design - Strong Clip
Cons: Cheap leather - Clip Falls Off
This is my third P6 case. I dont mind replacing a case once a year, but this case does not last more than 3 or 4 months at best. One was replaced after the clip fell off with-in 3 weeks. The design is excellent but the materials and workmanship are awful.
Poor choice
User: Jeremy Langston, Oct 21, 2008
Pros: Good looking, magnet works great
Cons: Poor construction at the belt clip, breaks away
I have owned 2 of these and their life expectancy during normal use is poor with the belt clip breaking away completely, resulting in at a minimum of a drop of your Treo, and worse case you dont know you drop it and its gone.
Besides the belt clip the remainder of the case shows wear pretty badly.

I would not purchase this, and would look for something constructed better.
