Pretty good but....

Pros:
Holds phone securely and allows use of headset
Cons:
Phone must face inwards to avoid pushing in convenience key and 2 handed
Got one of these this morning and I like it except for the fact that Id like to have my BlackBerry facing outwards when its in the holster and this doesnt allow that without the side of the holster pushing down on my convenience key. Overall quite a good product though.
Love the Holster, Hate the Clip

I loved this holster over the past year until one week it completely fell apart. The feet at the bottom that hold the phone in are rubber and one of them pulled apart from the plastic back, and two days
later the belt clip shattered into 3 pieces while getting into a car.
While the belt clip ratchets, it rotates very easily. I prefer my phone vertical, but frequently found it horizontal on my belt when reaching for it.
While at first it seems that it requires two hands, single handed operation of the holster is really quite easy using the thumb on the top clip and the forefinger on the corner of the phone. Inserting the phone is easier using a finger to pull up on the top clip while using the other fingers to push the phone in. This helps ensure the phone is fully, securely inserted.
I have noticed that the weakest part of every holster on the market is the belt clip. Why are they all made out of plastic which cant take the environmental and physical stress.
Until someone comes out with a holster with a metal clip, I plan to buy another one of these.
Sturdy Holster

This is a very sturdy holster. I have had a few of a similar holster made by verizon. the verizon holster had a clip that was held on with one tiny screw. This holster is held on with 3 screws. I have small kids and they always seem to land on the holster and wrench it in all sorts of angles. This holster hasnt broken yet. I waited 2 months to write this review so I would know if it would hold up. My one complaint is that it doesnt have a magnet to set the Blackberry in "Holster Mode". I have duct-taped a magnet to the back, and all is well.

It holds the phone in very Secure
Cons:
Scratches top and bottom of phone while putting it in and taking the phone out
This holster does what it is to do very well, which is to hold the phone in securely. The problem is the process of taking the phone out and putting it in, because the holster does not come with a spring clip, two hands are needed to carry out the process and that to me is an inconvenience. One other thing to watch out for is the scratching that occurs at the top and bottom of the phone when inserting in the holster.
