"Once again thank you for your wonderful customer service. I deal in the customer service industry everyday and really appreciate it when I come across a company that does an above average job of customer service. I will give you the best compliment that I know of - I will refer you to others."

Poor Mans Protection
User: Cyberdactyl D, Nov 10, 2009
Pros:
Works Semi-Permanently well
Cons:
Needs bi-weekly attention.
Ive been using the one provided by the store where I purchased for about 5 weeks.
This product works well IF you apply it correctly. . .
The phone must be perfectly clean, the shield must also be cleaned with soap and water if re-applying. Shake off access moisture.
DO NOT use a paper or cloth towel!
Make sure the shield has a slight bit of moisture by giving it a VERY fine mist of water. Position it and begin rubbing out the bubbles. CONTINUE to slowly rub out the bubbles for about 2 to 4 minutes, and again around 15 minutes for a minute or 2.
Eventually 98 of the bubbles will disappear.
Ive found through normal use, this product probably needs to be replaced or, in my case, cleaned and re-applied, every couple weeks.
If done well, this shield works quite well.
Inelegant solution

Pros:
Protects the screen
Cons:
Ruins the look
Like previous Smartphone Experts screen protectors Ive used on my various Treos, this one is cut to fit the phone and does the job. Unlike my previous SPE protectors, this one ruins the look of the phone -- a big deal now that Palm finally has produced an aesthetically superior device. Despite repeated applications and the sort of scraping necessary with things like this, I cant get all of the air pockets out. Its ugly. I think Im going to have to forgo the screen protector.
Bubbles?

Protects the screen, does not interfere with the sensitivity but... Bubbles. What does someone do about bubbles? My screen looks like it has a bad tint job just like cars I see around the hood...
Summer Time Sweat Slip
User: Yvie DAllaird, Aug 10, 2009
Pros:
Perfect shape, Perfect fit as soon as its applied.
Cons:
Doesnt stay in place when it goes in and out of the pocket.
I think that if something like the titanium shell were over the back and framed the top, that would protect the screen protector a little better. For now, I have to custom cut a WriteRight because it lasts months instead of days.

Blocks microphone
Tough to peel and get on precisely.......then couldnt be heard by anyone I called and realized that the covers covered the tiny microphone on the front of the Palm Pre preventing my being heard! Very surprising! Had to then peel it back and cut across with scissors. Disappointing.......Rob Lind
