Fantastically simple!

Pros:
Great solid outside, easy to remove/insert Treo, fits perfectly
Cons:
The bottom has access to the sync port, but not the headset jack!
This is a great case, I think the magnet is just fine, the Treo fits perfectly in there, and it's really solid and very trustworthy. However, one thing about it is that the bottom hole is cur just right for the data/sync port, but there's not a hole for the headset jack! So I had to cut my own. But other than that, excellent case!

I bought this to replace and older holster that had a BAD habit of dumping my Treo on the floor when it went upside down. This one has a latch over the top, which is nice, but I fear that the magnet is not strong enough to make me feel 100% secure.

I like nearly everything about this holster with one exception. The magnet feels a little puny. And yet... it hasn't dumped my phone in over a month.
A decent pouch but didn't last long for me

I'm apparently fairly rough on my pouches. This one didn't last longer than a month and a half. I do tend to wear it WHILE driving so I'm sure that put extra stress on the screw/nub that attaches to the clip. That screw's base which is embedded within the leather became loose and could move around. Didn't effect it's ability to clip on but was just an annoyance.
Plus my wife said it looked "girly" because of the white sides? Not sure what that is about.
The magnet IS strong enough as previously noted by the other comment. It never feel out for me.
I thought the tab would be nice but it itself became an annoyance. I will go with a standard open top pouch next time...gotta be quick on the draw!
